Is Political Spending Ethical and Legal?

Political Advertising

As far as the presidential elections are concerned, advertising has really spelled a big difference considering that they get larger exposure towards people who may or may not know them. Depending on what you think of the candidates in this coming US elections, you have to hand it to them for spending millions in ads just to get the presidency.

Between Barrack Obama and Hilary Clinton, the former was reportedly the more aggressive party as he has poured a lot of effort towards making use of the advertising bandwagon. The results are obvious as Obama is leading comfortably in the polls. So I guess to run for office you really have to show the money.

Barack Obama’s almost insurmountable lead in the race for the Democratic party presidential nomination is mainly the result of a two-week period in February when he outspent rival Hillary Clinton 3-to-1 on advertising while winning nine straight state races, according to a new analysis released Monday.
