Remember their experiences in Europe? Also note their recent entry into online services - Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint Online - to bolster itself competitively against Google. Maybe the real answer here is for consumers to turn to smaller companies that offer service and value rather that taking posturing from large companies. We are treated well by a provider that resells groupSPARK (http://www.groupspark.com/) for Exchange. They are there for us with real service and a critical service.
