Just the other day I was thinking that I should dig out my old high school retainers and try to wrangle a rogue back-bottom tooth back into its braces-induced place.  And then I remembered that I wasn’t that vain.  And that it would probably hurt like fuck.

However, this unique design choice by Kiel Mead proves that retainers are still a force to be reckoned with– both in your mouth and around your neck (and you can’t say that about much, except maybe those obnoxious oversized pacifier necklaces that TLC wore in 1986).

Good design or blingy kitsch?
